Whilst he's sitting in Spain enjoying a very English dish, I'm in England enjoying a Spanish one! We got lots of lovely wedding presents last year, but Keith and Pam got us a cracking paella pan and some very handy sachets of spice to use. Whilst the pan has had lots of outings, one thing I've never actually cooked in it (or any other pan!) is paella. I righted that wrong today. Whilst I was in hospital I was given a choice from a surprisingly large menu, and the least objectionable thing on it was a chicken and chorizo paella. That was the inspiration for tonight's tea! I found a recipe for a chicken and chorizo paella and put it into action. I don't mind saying that it was actually very well received!
