They've given me some warfarin which I need to start taking on Saturday and then I go back on Tuesday for another clotting check and we'll work out my regime. The blood clinic works on venous blood samples, but on seeing my purple arm they've taken pity on me and they'll do a finger prick test on Tuesday.
