This clashed horribly with Eurovision, which I still got to enjoy, but off the grid. Over the past few years I've taken to watching it whilst simultaneously being on a computer and taking the piss with an online community. I really missed that this year, but the show was really bereft of characters. Power ballads have a place, but they're not Polish milkmaids!
