As far as I can tell (corrections and additions welcome) this reads: "1.4.14 Many thanks for letter just received. Glad you are fit for wrok again. I don't know how much more you want me to write I am always writing but forget how much I repeat as I write in [???]. The cases of things were from FRX [French Red Cross] but through Mrs BF[?] in London they are to go back to Bergues altho this is already overstocked - Love to all Mar Don't send any shirts or things here.
