<b>HOUSTON</b>– This morning, BSEE Chief of Offshore Regulatory Programs Doug Morris discussed offshore collaboration and oversight during a breakfast panel discussion with Carlos de Regules Ruiz-Funes of Mexico's National Agency for Industrial Safety and Environmental Protection of the Hydrocarbons Sector hosted by the Center for Offshore Safety.
