The Old Mission Dam parking lot is open 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from November 1 through March 31, and 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. from April 1 through October 31. The interpretive pathway and viewing terrace were funded in part by the City of San Diego Special Promotional Program.
