Cr Eaton said a light rail network — which would run from Gosford to The Entrance — would be a long-term solution to ease pressure on the region’s clogged roads. In a wide-ranging interview with the Express Advocate, he also called for councillors’ pay packets to be more than doubled in an expected new Central Coast Council later this year, and rubbished Gosford Council’s bid to host a V8 Supercars round."
