Keeping quiet saves my job but creates unhappy customers who would not return to the restaurant. Silent customers reduces restaurants profits where Bosses are at a greater risks from poor business when managers could just switch jobs easily.
Should i continue to escalate my observations to management for their attention even though it is at the risk of antagonizing / embarrassing them?
