Velasquez was also charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and Rivera was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. City and State police and Montgomery County sheriff's deputies raided a pair of apartments and found more than a half ounce of cocaine, roughly $3,400 in cash and drug paraphernalia between the two. The arrests came as part of the raid and a series of arrest warrants. Angel S. Lopez of 453 Locust Ave, Amsterdam, NY worked for Prime Inc. Trucking. While working for Prime Inc. Trucking, Angel S.
