Adam Kubisky, of 35 Union St., was arrested by Montgomery County sheriff's deputies and was charged with being a fugitive from justice, second-degree burglary, fourth-degree criminal mischief, petit larceny, criminal trespass and resisting arrest. Deputies said Kubisky entered the residence, ate some food belonging to the homeowner and fell asleep on a couch. He was found to have an active warrant in Vermont for assault and violation of probation. Not the Pink Panther either March 10, 2014 Authorities say they've captured the truck stop robber who wore pink gloves and a bandanna to the crimes. The first robbery was March 10 at the AM Best Truck Stop in Fultonville, Montgomery County sheriff's officials said. Deputies said they were told a man entered the store, displayed a knife, demanded and received money from a store clerk and fled. The clerk said the man wore a gray jacket with a hoodie over his head, pink gloves and a bandanna over his face. On June 15, deputies responded to another robbery complaint at the truck stop. Again the suspect displayed a knife and demanded money, this time entering a vehicle in the parking lot and driving off. Surveillance video showed he wore a black hoodie, pink gloves and a bandanna and that he left in a van, a Ford Freestar, deputies said. The van was found, leading to the arrest of Adam Kubisky, 32, who was charged with two counts of first-degree robbery, fourth-degree grand larceny and petit larceny.
