Arrested in connection to this were Dale Skibinski, 52 and his wife Linda Skibinski, 51 Both subjects were charged with: - Criminal Possession of Marihuana 1st degree (class C felony) - Unlawful Growing of Marihuana - Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree (class A misd).
