As in other species of <i>Brugmansia</i>, <i><a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brugmansia_suaveolens" rel="nofollow">B. suaveolens</a></i> is rich in scopolamine (hyoscine), hyoscyamine, atropine and several other tropane alkaloids.
