The advantage was that she printed limited editions after only a few artist proofs, maximum 10. But that makes the work more precious. And indeed, her photo-etchings were accepted in the Musée de l'Elysée in Lausanne, which for a photographer is already an honor - as this Museum is a PHOTO museum. In 1993 it was Monsieur Charles Henri Favrod who made a total list of 45 photo-etchings and also added 1 plate of one of the photo-etchings: an etching in a style approaching Conceptual Art. A last hint: one step before this final modern photo-etching technic became rejuvenated, actualized and perfected existed the 'old' or ancient Daguerro type photographic printmaking. En français: le 'Cabinet cantonal des estampes' du Musée Jenisch à Vevey garde 50 gravures sur bois, eaux-fortes ou lithographies sur la pierre de la main de l'artiste, qui a en effet imprimé chaque gravure elle-même, donc il fallait des éditions limitées, mais également où d'autres ateliers connues en Suisse francophones utilisaient des presses électrique, Hubertine Heijermans a imprimé sur toujours et le tout sur sa presse NON électrique, comme elle en avait dans son Studio dans le Canton de Vaud, de la marque Bendini-Bologna.
