I hope this letter finds you well. I refer to the Photos Attached – I enjoyed my hotel stay and the customer service of all Novotel Hotel, Citygate, Hong Kong, 26/12/2015, 12:44PM, Café, was great. However I was disappointed that half my beer glass was poured unskilfully with foam. The standard would be 2/5 of foam?
