Cooper, age 51, of McCleary Ave., Amsterdam, NY, was charged with the following: 4 counts of Possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child, class E felonies. Cooper was arraigned in Amsterdam City Court this evening and was remanded to the Montgomery Co. Correctional Facility. Amsterdam, NY has a ratio of 29.21 sex offenders per 10,000 residents.
