Police say the incident took place close to 47 Rose Street. Police say the 71-year-old had been there to put a one thousand dollar deposit on a car. Police say 27-year-old Jason Insogna tried to take that money with the help of 25-year-old Rondalynn Murray. Police say Insogna has been convicted in the past on felony charges.
