This explains the light streaks shown in the picture. To eliminate these defects in further tests, the camera will be modified to have its shutter opened by the flash rather than closing it. Night Forward Photography produces pictures which give depth and distance perspective while techniques previously employed failed to produce this valuable intelligence data.
