Harpers Lane bridge closed to traffic on 6th May 2014 and re-opened 1 year ago on 24th October. Work included temporary rerouting of water and gas pipes, electricity cables, telephone cables and cable T.V. systems. A temporary pedestrian bridge was also constructed.
